Three hundred and forty Chu Hai College of Higher Education students from associate degree programmes, bachelor’s degree programmes, master’s degree programmes and doctoral programmes received their graduation degrees at the college’s 62nd Commencement Exercises held at the Auditorium of Tsuen Wan Town Hall on Tuesday, 10 July 2012.

The students celebrated their graduation in the presence of the guest of honour Mrs. Tse Ling Kit-ching, Cherry, JP, Permanent Secretary for Education HKSAR Government, as well as academic staff, proud families and friends.

The commencement programme opened with remarks by the President, Professor Chang Chung-nan, who told our graduates, “Do the right things and do them right.” Our guest of honour, Mrs. Tse Ling Kit-ching, congratulated the students and encouraged them not to be afraid to “make a difference”.

A number of exceptional students were also presented with scholarship awards for all their hard work throughout their studies.
